This property goes above and beyond to make this community feel like home! Staff and the maintenance crew are all great and the amenities are also amazing. The walking trails are beautiful and the upkeep around the complex is great as well! Nice and safe place to be in Shreveport!

Luxury, condo style living
Coates Bluff Apartments are the nicest in Shreveport. The amenities and customer service have exceeded my every expectation. I have the bayou view which is well worth the extra premium in price. The non-smoking atmosphere is very pleasant.
