This property is well kept, orderly and maintained. Management is excellent and professional. If you're looking for a living arrangement that holds a standard of quality, provides an element of peace of mind, safety and security, with above average floor plan and design, The Windsor at Manhattan is the place for you!

not worth the price
actual price is higher than advertised and they add fees to your monthly rate for 'add-on' features, trash is extra. no internet service providers outside of their wifi which is extra. once lease is up, you move to monthly which adds $300/month and you have to give 60 day notice or you will pay the months anyway. parking is bad, the spots closer to your entrance are covered and you have to pay extra for them. Stay away

HORRIBLE APARTMENTS DONT MOVE HERE
Worst apartments I’ve ever dealt with. The mailroom always open so someone can easily steal your package. The amenities are always broken and you supposedly pay for that. Randomly added a water bill to the rent as well . You pay for valet trash service that only pick up a certain weight of trash or you’ll be fine . Then when they don’t show up for a month your steal charged.ive been doubled charge twice and had to call the office just for them to play stupid and eventually give me a credit. The... list goes on these apartments aren’t worth how high they are.
