Been living here for 3 years management has changed throughout the years but has always been very professional each time! Maintenance request get taken care of within 24hrs of submitting every time! The leasing office agents are nice ! Pool is always clean and upkept! Very nice place to live very quiet also !

My stay as a current tenant started off (May)pretty pleasant.
in the beginning i had an issue with the lock on the main door, where from the outside it was almost impossible to lock it. The matter was resolved pretty quick. Fast forward to now(February) my a/c is not working. as spring is approaching off and on in Louisiana it has been as high as 80 degrees in my apartment. the office was notified in the beginning of the the month and has yet to solve the issue or communicate with me on the... source of the issue

Family that lived there had nothing but problems with management. They would not enforce rules broken from other tenants. Appropriate notice was given when moving, apartment was clean, and still sent a bill when rent until move out was paid in advance. Do not recommend

Moved out and returned keys, cleaned entire apartment from top to bottom. I have videos and photos to back how clean I left it. checked in physical with office to make sure everything was good in August. now I am receiving emails saying I owe money because I trashed the apartment. I spoke with onsite lady that I originally checked in with and she told me I had to take up with collection agency and hung up in my face when I requested to speak to the manager.

Things have changed within the past couple of months. The apartments aren't what it was before. We are forced to pay a fee for trash but he barely picks up trash now. Landscaping could be better.
