This is a Great place to live however, I feel that there’s just a lot of unnecessary fees. I do not understand why is there a separate utility bill when we have utilities we pay for that is included with rent.

I wish we had a clubhouse that had a pool, gym, and somewhere to print. It's a little disappointing that the amenities we get are less than those in other communities, but we pay more in rent.

Everything is great, I hope/wish they will powerwash the houses/patios before the next lease starts! Just some small complaints but nothing major! I do like the style and that everything is new!

I have the house to myself and it's great. The people who work in the leasing office are great people very kind and likes the work with people. Lastly, the community does giveaways which is very cool. They also do things like pizza night, breakfast on the go, etc.

The environment is generally quiet and peaceful, which can be a positive for someone who enjoys a calm place to relax, study, or spend time at home. The unit itself provides a pleasant place to live and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel comfortable on a daily basis. However, one downside is that there are no amenities available, such as a gym, pool, or shared... recreational spaces that residents could use. While these features are not necessary for everyone, they would definitely enhance the overall living experience and provide more convenience and opportunities for socializing or staying active.
