Unfortunately, my experience has not matched the price of these townhomes. When I moved in, the home did not appear fully move-in ready. The carpet had a mildew-like smell, and there were visible blotches and imperfections on several walls and ceilings. Responses from management and maintenance have also been delayed.

For the amount of rent being charged, I expected better-quality appliances, finishes, and overall attention to detail. The amenities are very limited as well. During the winter... months, there is really nowhere indoors to enjoy outside of the gym.

AWSOME , we love bullrun , we just moved in and they have been great. The house is beautiful, anything we need is here and if it isn’t they are very responsive.

The complex managers have been hard to get in touch with. Many phone calls went unanswered and messsges unreturned. Now that there’s a dedicated person here M, W, F, I’m sure it will improve. All that said, the leasing process went well.

Great place to live. Grounds are well kept. Amenities are great. New and modern style. Attached garage. Love it. Close proximity to middle school, elementary school, daycare, shopping, groceries and restaurants.

Eric was so helpful during our move in! We were able to have a smooth transition from our previous residence to Bull Run. Looking forward to being part of the community.
