I haven't gotten a chance to live in the community yet however, from my experience so far I am very pleased. The staff reached out right away when I inquired about moving in, they have been quick with getting everything updated to get my application in for review and have stayed in contact with me through the entire process letting me know what the next steps are. I don't think I have ever had a better experience with applying and communicating so easily with any of the prior apartment... communities I've lived.
