Poor maintenance and management. Office hours mean nothing.

I love the property it’s close to everything the office manager was so helpful

The grounds, parking lot, pool, laundry rooms are unkept and dirty. Roach infestation, black mold, lower levels flood. A/C duct work isn't connected right so uneven air flow. Electric on a 2bd/1ba costs $175-190 a month. Management and maintenance do not take care of the property. Termite and ant problems too. Trash always over flowing. Lack of parking near apartment. Thin walls and noisy neighbors that management does nothing about. I've been here a year and there have been 3 managers. The... screens on windows do not fit and have holes in them, spiders everywhere, the windows are covered in spider webs, the windows and doors are not weather proofed, so you waste a/c in summer and heat in the winter. The applicants are very cheap and outdated, water smells and tastes like pool water. On the west half on the property parking is limited. Other than the parking it's a very nice property.

We currently live at Haverford West apartments. The rent is reasonable and the manager is very nice and he works with you to get the best thing for you. There is a laundry room in every apartment building. I do have one annoyance that is always bugging me. What is the point of having a pool if it's locked to the current residents. It just boggles my mind. But other than that this place is very affordable.
