The only good thing about bridges is that its huge
The bridges at foxridge are not the place to move to unless you like having a pool of water in your hallway for months that was "fixed" 4 times before the pool was gone, having a dishwasher that doesn't work for 8 months, having mold in your apartment, having roaches and spiders everywhere, and a property manager who has the biggest attitude/power problem ever. Oh yea and NO HEAT for a week in the middle of winter........ But if you like those things this it the perfect place for you! Oh and... they have raised their rent to a higher price than my BRAND NEW apartment I moved into...

Terrible
Roofs leak, mold, bad management, awful property company, payment system issues, not kept up. The “updated” units are just patches with poor workmanship. Floors installed poorly, bad patches, decks unstable.

Do not live here!
Poorly manage! The manager needs to get out to her office and actually do expections and see what needs to get fixed! I had a terrible water leak took them forever to clean it. They should’ve just called the plumber. I moved out because I had mold.

Things are changing
I felt a more up to date review was necessary, seeing that most of the reviews are older and negative. I have lived here for 3 years and have seen the situation go from horror story to way, way better. The apartments are old, spacious and depending on which building you live in, it can be anything from depressing state to newly renovated. We obviously love the apartment since we have been here 3 years going on 4. It's quiet, they are now doing their best to give proper maintenance and... renovating as much as possible. If you love a lot of space and are willing to give up on perfection, this is the best place.

I wouldn't if I were you.
The building is falling apart, there is mold In the carpet from constant flooding and to top it off there is never any place to park and they do nothing about it. STAY AWAY!!!!
