Great job on cleaning the parking lot. I walked out and it was clear and safe. The lot was clean and many cars had snow on them. It turned out to be a good start of the day.

Overall I have loved staying here over the past few years and would recommend it it anyone, as I have to a few friends who live here now as well. As with any place there are ups and downs but for the value Silverwood is a great place to live. Recent increases in costs and fees are not always loved with change in management but are not surprising.

I’m loving my neighbors, the maintenance guys, and all the people in the front office!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly! Parking is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. And the gym and sauna are my favorite to use!
