Maintenance is great Carmon is great! Measuring doors to replace my lock got my hot water going and fix the garbage disposal leak! Very perfesonal and friendly.

Just moved in, office staff is very friendly and helpful .they made us feel welcomed and helped us get into our new apartment right away after an emergency situation

Staff was great up until we agreed to move there, then they stopped caring to do their jobs. They are notorious for not picking up the phone or calling back when you leave a voicemail. Moved in to a very unready apt, had several maintenance requests right off the bat. They closed early on our move in date so they left our keys in the unit unlocked. Went to move in the cleaning lady was still in there and then we realized she didn’t even clean it throughly. Maintenance has been on top of it but... other than that, would not recommend. Read More

The office is basically unreachable. They also keep shutting off my building's water in the mornings with no notice whatsoever, often for hours at a time. Just completely inconsiderate.

Nos gusta la tranquilidad del condominio, lo que le faltaría es la renovación de las instalaciones recreacionales como la piscina, las canchas, hace más de seis meses tenemos inconvenientes con el alumbrado externo del edificio y es peligroso porque no se ve nada en la oscuridad y pueden existir accidentes esto ha sido solicitado pero se arregla por un tiempo y otra vez se descompone, así mismo se ha solicitado la renovación de las bañeras renovaron un baño y ha quedado pendiente el otro baño
