I've lived at Remington Square for 4 years and have really enjoyed my time here. The apartments are good quality, well-maintained, and affordable. It's a great value for what you get. The management team can be a little slow to respond at times, but the office is always busy when I stop by, and they’re still friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. I’ve noticed they’ve been putting real effort into improving the property lately, with concrete repairs and updated amenities. Overall, it’s... been a great place to live, and I appreciate the work they’re doing to keep the community looking nice and feeling like home. It's also worth a mention that before I moved out, they did an inspection and gave me advice on what to clean or fix to get my deposit back. I followed their instructions and was able to retain most of it, which was a nice way to wrap up my time there.

Remington Square is a gem for anyone who craves simplicity and charm. The studio apartments are cozy, well-lit, and conveniently located in West Law. The kitchen is a spacious surprise, and the friendly community vibe makes it feel like home. Maintenance is on point, too.

Fantastic Living Experience: Highly Recommend
I absolutely love this apartment complex! The staff is super friendly, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and lounge area are great. I've never had any issues with noise or mold, and the complex is quick to address any maintenance problems. It's been a fantastic home for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
The worst management I’ve ever seen. EXTREMELY loud neighbors and management didn’t do A THING. Would never wish my worst enemy to live here. Didn’t get a wink of sleep the whole time I was there.

Quiet and Pet Friendly
The community is quiet during the day and evenings, which I found surprising in a college town. Even the pool is normally quiet. It allows pets of all sizes and provides a gravel dog park. This is an affordable option over sharing a place with roommates!
