The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments have a ton of storage and look beautiful with a lot of space. The gates work and the community is getting renovated. FIVE STAR!!

I can't say enough great things about Legend Oaks Gated Community! From the moment we stepped onto the beautifully maintained grounds, we knew this place was something special. The recently renovated units are absolutely stunning—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The stainless steel appliances and upgraded finishes give the apartments a sleek, high-end feel that’s hard to find at this price point.
What truly sets Legend Oaks apart, though, is the attention to detail and the... investment in community spaces. The brand-new clubhouse is a fantastic addition! It’s the perfect spot for socializing, relaxing, or even working remotely. It’s clear that the management genuinely cares about creating a welcoming, upscale environment for residents.
The gated access adds a sense of security and peace of mind, and the location in Kansas City, KS, offers convenient access to shopping, dining, and major highways.
If you’re looking for a stylish, secure, and vibrant place to call home, Legend Oaks is the place to be. Highly recommended! The Pool area is AWESOME!

I live on the bottom floor and have for about 8 months and in that 8 months, my home has been flooded by waste and sewage 5 times from the drain in the floor. I will come home or be sleeping then this awful smell will hit me and I look in my second bedroom or the hall and there is water and grease and food pouring out of the drain from the floor in the side closet. It ruined boxes of my stuff when I first moved in, and the Maintenance crew snakes my drain for an hour then two days later it... floods while I am at work and poor's waste all over my floors and stinks up my apartment again. This last time I sent a request it has been over 2 hours and no one has showed up to help me stop the flooding and it is still leaking water into my apartment. I would not rent from this place.
