Each apartment has an extra large living room and bedroom and has all the appliances including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. There is an electronic entry system on the doors to the building for additional security to the property. Parents like this and you will too. You may purchase a reserved parking space for $300 for the year which gives you exclusive use so you never are concerned with not having a place to park. Parking this close to campus is a very desirable and hard to get. Resident pay for electric, water and sewage. Management pays for trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. 100% refundable security deposit is equal to the rent and is due at the time of the lease signing. There is no application fee but there is a $25/person one time admin fee due with the first rent payment. We have July and August availability.
