This apartment building is north of downtown Lafayette on the corner of Salem St and N 4th St just as you are about to cross over the bridge into West Lafayette. It is convenient to Purdue and to downtown Lafayette. There are studios, 1 BR, 2 BR 1 bath, 2 BR 2 bath apartments and a 2 BR 2 bath townhouse. The majority of the apartment have LVT plank floors throughout. All the apartments have central air except the studios have a wall unit AC unit. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. They are furnished with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and its own washer and dryer (except the studio apartment which as laundry facilities on each floor for the studio apartments). There is a balcony for the 2nd and 3rd floor apartments. There is an electronic entry into the building for added security. Residents pay electric. Management pays water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Cats must be fixed, at least 6 months old and box trained. $20/month pet fee $300 refundable deposit/cat. 2 pet limit. No dogs allowed.
