Management never answers you. I had no electricity when I moved in and they blamed NIPSCO, didn’t have a working oven for over a week after that, maintenance requests don’t get fulfilled unless you harass management with calls and emails. Yes it’s cheap, but it’s not even worth how cheap it is. With management as much of a joke as it is and maintenance not caring enough to fix your stuff, the rent should be cut in half.

The apartments themselves are decent and spacious. But they could use some updating and the walls are super thin. This also isn’t central heating so it gets super hot, but these apartments are affordable. On the downside I hear my neighbors constantly banging and making all kinds of noise so if you do move here get a top floor apartment. Or hope that your neighbors will be quiet.

This place is one of the worst apartments in Valpo. Some of the units are infested with bed bugs, and management will not tell you when you move in. The walls are paper thin so expect to hear everything. The lower level apartments flooded often. The neighbors are rowdy. Expect weeds smells and garbage everywhere.

Our apartment is spacious and the maintenence are on top of everything as soon as you need them. The rent is reasonable. I feel very safe raising my daughter here for a few years! Also a walk or short drive to anything you need for the most part!

We just moved in a week ago. I can't hear any of my neighbors. It's right across from downtown valpo. It is spacious and on top of that you have a balcony to enjoy the view of the University.
