I was looking for a quite place that offered the most benefits. I enjoyed living here, it was hassle free. I didnt have to worry about any bills except rent. I didn't have to run for maintenance and when I submitted a mnt request, it was taken care of withing 24 hrs. Management is good at helping you navigate from move in to moving out. This was the most stress free experience I have had. Plus, they didn't hit me with unnecessary fees and charges when I moved out.

I love everything about this place. It is worth the price, given that I don’t have to worry about any utilities.

This place was designed for ND Grad Students and its felt. The events, space and location catered to all my needs. I would recommend for other graduates.

This place is a special start for students. My life was falling apart and I nearly dropped out. Lois roomed me with a friend and it didn't work out because of her but I really want to take the time bc Lois really helped me stay in school, manage my finances, and kept my life on track. I am schedule to graduate this year and will be forever grateful for her going the extra mile to help just me. We had a huge townhome and didn't feel on top of anyone, like living on campus, and the response rate... for anything I ever needed was that day. Dale is a very hard worker and goes above to make everyone happy! He even shoveled my walk way each morning before work.
