So where do I start, these apts are NOT as described, please take note they were erected in 1974, and nothing has been updated at all, from breaker boxes that are out of code to windows that have lost all insulation properties to exterior walls that given the time when they were built used blown in insulation which as settled leaving half the wall open to the elements, mice roaches, spiders, and termites this complex is most definitely not luxury and in fact may be a collection of health and... safety violations. Repeated break ins and vandalism to cars and garages because there are no security cameras on site to rude and biased staff this place is not worth your time or money. We are leaving in august and thankful to be done with this place, continuing water main issues and other mechanical problems plague this place and they just keep passing the buck back to the renters. Claiming they are renovating but no one ever sees improvement. Be smart shop around and find a place other than this it will be worth your time and save you many many headaches
