My grandsons and I really liked living in Greentree. There are multiple small playgrounds, it is within short walking distance of the library, the staff is very friendly and our maintenance requests were responded to quickly. I would definitely live there again.

Roaches and mice!!!!
This place is disgusting. I have been dealing with roaches since day one. Now I have mice. They treat once in a great while and then you don't hear back. I get "well we can't control how dirty people live." Maintenance for repairs is alright but office staff doesn't seem to care since they aren't living in the complex.
