The office staff is very helpful, patient and friendly. The maintenance staff come to resolve your problems in a timely manner. When I told them the problem is still happening, they came back right away and fixed it. I lived on the townhouse side for 9 years. I felt safe. I didn't have problems with porch pirates. Just keep an eye on your dogs.

It is excellent because the office staff were caring, professional, and efficient in every way possible. I also want to say that the neighbors were very friendly, and at the same time minding their own business.

Would not recommend these apartments. They are roach expensive and they stink as well. They maintenance men are lazy and don’t fumigate like they should. It is horrible. There are better apartments out there for less that are bigger and big free!

When I first moved in these apartments they where ok,but now the new management people I don't know they don't come fix anything they make people stay here even if you want to move out they make you stay extra months cause I don't want an eviction on my name I give them 30 day notice but they saying I can't until April 1st so I gotta stay here in this mildew apartment until May

Very happy with service provided by my office. They are very helpful and understanding. Had a few struggles financially before, but Pangea was always patient and friendly and worked with me every step of the way. Very satisfied with them.
