I have been with community place apartments since 2015. This complex is absolutely above average in the cleanslyness. The maintenance is 24/7 and always responds very quickly. The location is perfect and quiet on the Southside in Perry schools. All our neighbors are so friendly and the complex feels very safe. The units are beautiful and very large. I haven't ever had a single issue with this company. The staff are really professional and truly care for there renters. The walking paths are... perfect for family walks and morning runs! Parking is at convenient and plenty of. And my kids love the yard space to play and the playground!! Pets are welcome! And prices are very reasonable!! I've lived here at Community Place for a year now and it's great. It's a nice family friendly complex and my family and I feel safe living here.

I have lived at Community Place for 9 years and am very happy here. The management here is very very good. They are accessible and get things done quickly. They are extremely pleasant to work with and care about this community. I have lived in apartments since the 1980's and this is one of the best I have lived in. The property is being updated, we just had new windows installed which are great and hopefully will keep the warmth in this winter. We have done energy upgrades here to preserve... the environment and also help with the expenses of heating and maintaining through the winter. I absolutely love that it is pet friendly.
