I've had a great experience living at Community Place Apartments in Greenwood. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I have a question or maintenance request. The grounds are well maintained, and the community is quiet, clean, and welcoming.
One thing I really appreciate is how much the management team cares about the residents. They communicate well, keep the property looking great, and are always working on improvements to make the community even better.
The... location is also a huge plus—close to shopping, restaurants, schools, and everything Greenwood has to offer while still feeling like a peaceful place to come home to.
I would definitely recommend Community Place Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community with a great team and a strong sense of community.

Best apartment ever. Nice and clean. Not too expensive at all. Maintenance 24/7. Every is refurbished before you moved in. Your car is secured in the parking

Amazing Place to live!!
I have been with community place apartments since 2015. This complex is absolutely above average in the cleanslyness. The maintenance is 24/7 and always responds very quickly. The location is perfect and quiet on the Southside in Perry schools. All our neighbors are so friendly and the complex feels very safe. The units are beautiful and very large. I haven't ever had a single issue with this company. The staff are really professional and truly care for there renters. The walking paths are... perfect for family walks and morning runs! Parking is at convenient and plenty of. And my kids love the yard space to play and the playground!! Pets are welcome! And prices are very reasonable!! I am super picky where I rent and community place well exceds my expectations and more! This has been the best rental experience I have had in Indianapolis!!

We love this place
I've lived here at Community Place for a year now and it's great. It's a nice family friendly complex and my family and I feel safe living here.
