This place is a joke! When I move here it was really nice until you actually live here! We had to flush the water heater out because it had a bad smell like dead animal! Also we had broken closet doors holes in the walls missing screens from our windows never got a furnace filter had to buy my own and also put in a maintenance request and waited for a week and they never came out but lied said they finished the work! When they glaze the bathtubs they never cleaned it and glazed it with hair... stuck into it very nasty! Heard one of the neighbors complaining about the bathtub that it was cutting her child legs because the paint peels off out of the bathtub! There are cops in here constantly all the time people getting shot or fights going on! All the neighbors were talking about the homeless people living in the woods, stealing stuff out of peoples cars and porches and told the office about it and they don’t do anything about it! Also had stuff stolen out of the laundry room told the office about it and they don’t do anything about it! Also having office staff and their family members harassing people that live here! One of my neighbors even had mice problems. They didn’t do anything about it so the neighbor had to buy their own stuff to catch the mice and we pay a pest fee and it does nothing! It’s pretty sad I have talked to a lot of people here and they all told me that they will never live here again. It’s not worth the money and they don’t do anything to fix anything. and now I see why! DONT MOVE HERE, THESE APARTMENTS ARE TRASH. NOTHING IS PUT TOGETHER RIGHT AT ALL EVERYTHING FALLS APART
