Drop in quality I have lived in Aberdeen for over a decade. I have lived in the same apartment for going on 9 years. I have had minimal issues, or maintenance request in that time. Recently, after at least 9 years but probably before I moved in, things have started to go wrong. In about a months time I’ve had a toilet issue, a sink issue, and a shower issue. I was told that my sink was not an emergency and the were to busy in a Friday to get to it so it took 4 days to get fixed. I currently... have no access to shower at all in my one bedroom apartment and once again am being told it is not an emergency issue. When the maintenance man does come he is always good and I do not have an issue, but these are not new apartments. Things are going to go wrong more frequently. I have to be able to shower.

We love living at Aberdeen Apartments and truly appreciate the beautiful neighborhood and surroundings. It feels like home to us, and we are grateful to be good tenants in such a wonderful community.

However, we do have a few concerns. We have noticed children playing in the roads and, at times, throwing objects at nearby cars. While we understand that kids need space to play, there is a park available that could provide a safer environment. We would appreciate more awareness or designated play...
areas to help keep children safe.

We have also observed drivers speeding over 20 mph, especially when children are present on the roads. This creates safety concerns for everyone in the neighborhood.

In addition, we would like to address communication regarding maintenance requests. When Deaf or Hard of Hearing residents request repairs, it appears that communication is often lacking. At times, maintenance personnel complete work without leaving any explanation or updates, which can be frustrating. We believe residents deserve clear communication—whether in person or through the resident portal—so we understand what has been done and what remains.

We also feel that repairs should be addressed more consistently, as this is part of what we are paying for.

Despite these concerns, we truly love living here and appreciate the beauty and community of Aberdeen Apartments. We hope to see continued improvements so that it remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone.

Corporate Maintenance and the staff are awesome ! The billing process sucks! Also, you want to complain about trashcan setting outside the doors, but what about all the crap on the balconies and porches?

Gararge Door I have been fighting with them for a long time about this door it needs a new weather stripping around it I have discussed this with John Kathie and the garage door people This makes me have a gap on both sides very cold in the winter and warm in the summer
