Property is nice but rent is increasing making it too expensive for the quality of build. Lots of issues for a property that is only 2 years old. Maintenance staff is great though, very helpful!! The property management on the other hand is not. Frequent new rules and regulations specifically around parking have made living here extremely difficult. I’d be wary if this place if you ever have the occasional guest in town. Their new parking regulations don’t even help the fact that they likely... just didn’t build enough parking spaces for the size of the complex. There are better places to rent in town.

Great, attentive staff All encounters with staff, office and Maintenance alike, have been above satisfactory. Very happy with the level of customer service and to call Hayden Flats home.
