Don’t live here
Looks nice on the outside but the quality of material used is poor. They practically just painted over damage without over fixing the damage. Something always going wrong with the maintenance of the apartment and they take forever respond even to EMERGENCIES!!! I currently have mold in my apartment and haven’t heard back from them about a solution. Also the insulation in this place is low quality. Can’t really control the climate inside the apartment for long plus my bathtub is always giving me... problems. They need to do better
It also took them 3 whole months to install a peep hole in my doo, which was only a 5 minute job.

I enjoyed my leasing experience! The apartment was just right for my needs and the location was perfect. The office staff was ALWAYS ready to help with my requests for assistance.

looks fine from a distance...
overall i'd say take your business elsewhere. or at least check for the issues below. pros & cons...
pros:
- Nice lady at the rent office - Good price for rent - Near 2 grocery stores and a few gas stations - Near a park - Pretty quiet on crime for the south side
cons:
- Poor maintenance overall. - Disgusting carpet and linoleum in the kitchen - Everything was painted over sloppily with white paint including door hinges, nails, etc. - Dryer doesn't vent to outside, causing huge fire risk... and your clothes take 4-7 runs to dry one load. according to maintenance man, some vent to outside and some do not. so it's just luck of the draw i suppose. - The door to one of our rooms doesn't close all the way - Fights in the parking lot regularly. Only witnessed verbal so far. - I had been parking in an unmarked spot, apparently it was someone else's regular spot so my tires were slashed. Lots of arguments caused over parking. - Touchiest water temperature controls ever... doesn't seem like a huge point on paper but it's super annoying to live with every day. Stupid shower controls. - Not near a highway, so the only way to the north side of town is thru downtown, which can be annoying if you need to go uptown frequently. - They're building a sports park right next door for a college. - Airplanes constantly flying low overhead landing (doesn't bother me but it's something to note). - Above two points contribute to noise pollution. - Curb pulling into apartments is ridiculously high.
