I was approved and sent a message telling me to give my current landlord my notice to vacate. A few days later, I was denied. They took my application fee and approved me just to deny me AFTER telling me I could give notice to vacate to my current landlord. Really messed up.

We were delayed three times to move into an apartment, told by management that they would attempt to get us credit because we had spent so much time in numerous hotels because our apartment wasn’t ready on 9/1 like we were told. And then 9/10. Finally it was ready in the middle of the month after we had spent $2,000 staying in motels and spending money on moving trucks, extra food, extra gas, etc. The apartment complex did NOT in fact work with us or even give us a credit regardless of their... negligence. To this day there is absolutely no credit. Also, this is the second time in 6 months that they’ve changed management companies. I DO NOT recommend this place because they will promise you everything to get you locked into a lease and then do crap for you. The last time they delayed for 5 days they at least promised $100 and didn’t deliver. However being delayed for half a month they should’ve at the very least given $340 and considering we spent 2 weeks in a hotel comping they month would’ve been the correct thing to do since they literally let us know the day of move in that the apartment wasn’t ready which was too late because we were in a moving truck half way there, our previous lease had ended, and we were coming from Illinois. First off applying was the easiest thing in the world, Ashley is awesome!! Well all the ladies communicate and keep in touch. I applied & had my apartment about 1week later. I had a problem with my AC and maintenance came quick! Haven’t had any other problems. Glad to call this place home.

well i love the area surrounded my stores gas stations my bank wells- fargo things i dont like about the apartments are their maintance is always short handed and it takes so long to get things done, sometimes in the winter they take to long to remove the snow,if they do, sometimes i have shovel my own door way, and there have been times the parking lots didnt get done at all people were getting stuck parking lot icey, this year we have had a mild winter so far,they did shovel and the lot was... done,another thing i dont like is the windows they are old drafty front door has a gap under it air just come in,patio no screen , its drafty to,it stays cold in my apartment, it raises my electric bill i even call them to see why its high they ask is their a draft in your apartment i told yes they said thats it, i dont like the paint in my kitchen counters top it chips,and on the cabents the carpet is to light i wish it was a draker color like brown, its tan easily to get stains,
specialy when you have grandkids,i love we have car ports thats a plus.my bedroom closet is even cold its really cold.iam not blaming thewomen in the office its not their fought, they are working with what they have to ,i like the women in the office never had a problem with them at all. most of my problems are in my apartment that iam in now ,i move from a 2br and 2 bthr to a 1br 1bhr.over all the manager can do some improvements, inside and outside it use to look nice back in the day. My roomate and I decided to live at this place because it was cheap and at the time it seemed like a good idea. We thought staff was very professional and the aparyment look great for as cheap as it was. Then we started having issues with people staring as we walked through the parking lot and people blaring their music next door to us. We didnt find that too troubling. Then a game changer was thrown out and we were threatened by a gang (Gangs Desciphle). They told us to join their gang or die.... We brought this up with astoria and they demanded to see a police report and we couldnt break the lease until then. Unfortunately for us, the police didnt file a police report and now we're stuck paying rent for a gang polluted apartment we dont want.
