Site manager excel's at ignoring request's for repairs and enforcing lease rules. Suspect they restrict water flow to trim their water bill, since only a trickle of water comes out of the faucet's. They have removed dumpsters, causing remaining dumpsters to overflow, attracting rat's.

Lived in 1 of these apartments for almost a year and the landlords ( Fetter Property ) are horrible. Don't care about nothing that needs to be done . I had a voucher. They didn't want to give me new carpet or any blinds for the apartment . The refrigerator is very short doesn't store much food at all . it is suppose to be smoke free but everyone in complex 2 downstairs and upstairs smokes . no fine given . after report of mice being in home , they sent someone out and they just taped up the... wall no other actions taken . they spray frequently , apartment is infested with roaches , no actions taken there either. They are all in home , in bath room in room , I had to throe all my furniture away . Fetter Ptoperties took me to court for 1000.00 , I played even tho i disagreed i stayed and still didn't get anything fixed nor worked out . 3 months later they attempted to take me to court AGAIN !!!! outrageous and I wouldn't recommend ANYONE with children or anyone who cares about their health to move on this property . it would be the biggest mistake yet !
