The most incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced. Never email you back. Ignores calls. No communication whatsoever. Used to be a nice place to live. Now we are looking to move asap. The pool was bright green and disgusting for months. Just a few of my long list of complaints.

Low quality, high priced apartments with amenities that never work and no storage whatsoever kitchen is tiny and minimal cabinets and zero pantry space. My apartment had a major water leak problem in the second bedroom. Leak was never fixed after several attempts over an entire year. Missy was a pleasure to work with and accommodating but can't say the same for the rest of the staff. Now that Missy is gone new management is in place, after I had followed protocol regarding giving a 30 day... written notice of vacancy in august before my lease was up to the office that they approved, I just received an email 42 days later stating i owe 1600 for not giving a 60 day notice which was not the policy at the time for renting month to month. Office staff won't respond to my dispute and won't give me my deductible back. We found a house to rent for cheaper and it is much nicer and larger. I love it here! Maintenance responds promptly. My apartment is beautiful, lots of my own personal touch but new paint and carpet when I moved in. My calls to the management office are either answered or followed up on within a day. And the office girls are very polite and friendly! I have not experienced complaints I have read in some of the reviews. I owned my home before moving here, so apartment living has been a change. Abiding by the no loud music and pet rules were a bit of adjustment but... have adjusted and my neighbors are respectful and we adhere to necessary guidelines for apartment living. They rarely answer calls or emails! Gave me a website to apply to but it was a different apartment and company. Very shady!

Do not move here! You will be bombarded with text messages about food trucks being on the property and property problems that have nothing to do with you or your building but will never be answered when it comes to anything of any importance. Apartment size refrigerator for a family size apartment. Absolutely no kitchen storage or storage in the units whatsoever unless you pay the extra money a month for a garage that you have to wait a year for one to be open anywhere near your own apartment.... Grills and fire pits are never cleaned and always taken over by staff and their friends. Tanning bed is not maintained or bulbs check regularly. Children are told to leave their bikes under the railings only to have them removed by the staff and maintenance crew and then taken and held hostage until you have a conversation with the staff about your children not putting their bike away. Vendors and contractors showing up and only being given less than 12 hours notice to make arrangements for pets and children who are in virtual school. Or vendors entering every apartment which causes issues in the middle of a pandemic. Office staff is completely rude and seem to think that they and their friends can get away with not following the rules. We have had two different issues with residents below us “smoking” non cigarettes and the smell coming in to our apartment and nothing was ever done about it after we contacted the office.
