I've been here almost 3 years and its really gone down hill. Hallways are filthy. Floors warped.. Windows and doors don't seal. $250+ electric bills. Dogs poop wherever obviously. Police are here quite often. Questionable tenants... please reconsider going somewhere else. At least walk through several buildings before you make a decision..

Brooklyn Place is a wonderful place to live. The property manager and leasing team are very professional and always respond in a timely manner. Maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. The property is well maintained and the office team are always friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I have interacted with Jake, Brian, and Bailey during our lease at Brooklyn Place. They have been nothing short of amazing. Jake, the property manager, makes it obvious through his positive and professional demeanor that he is very dedicated to the community and its residents. His assistance was so invaluable during the leasing process that we knew Brooklyn Place was THE place for us. Brian has been kind, helpful and knowledgeable at every turn and Bailey is a great maintenance person. They were really nice and answered all my questions. The apartments are very clean and up to date. Also is a pretty quiet area.
