As I move out today, I wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Joe for making my stay here exceptional. Previously, I lived in a modern apartment that, while nice, was far more expensive. Having heard only positive reviews from many colleagues about this building and Joe as the landlord, I decided to move here—and I’m very glad I did.
This apartment complex offers great value, with attractive interiors and several recently renovated units. The cost was significantly lower... than my previous apartment, yet the quality was just as high. I was fortunate enough to secure an updated unit, which was a wonderful bonus. My decision to live here was largely to save for a future home purchase, and I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving into a house.
It’s worth noting that the application process can be competitive, simply because this place is so popular, especially among my colleagues—rightfully so. Joe has always been exceptionally flexible and accommodating, making day-to-day living much smoother. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a hidden gem that balances quality and affordability. My only advice is to plan ahead and discuss your needs with Joe, as demand can be high.
Thank you again, Joe, for your outstanding support and for maintaining such a great place to live!

Strict application
I'm disappointed...I got to view a nice apartment here, and after several hard months of searching to no avail, and living in awful Chicago buildings with poor management, I was excited to apply for a unit here. I want to give them props for having what looks like a well-kept older building with a reasonable price, and most utilities included. Management seems nice. However, I was turned away because their system flagged me for having a delinquent credit account that I cannot verify. All my... scores are above average, and my income is good. I've never been evicted before. I have nothing on my report that should indicate I don't qualify. They go by a points system that you must succeed in passing, or you'll be declined. I'm really discouraged, because I've searched for months and I feel like I did everything right. Everyone deserves a nice home, and I've spent the last year building up my credit and income only to be denied. I'm not applying for a job...it shouldn't be this hard.

Free wifi/t.v.
The apartments are very nice, a little bit older but well taken care of. They also have free wifi and basic cable. I have only spent a few months here and will be leaving in a month (due to a military move) but I would recommend this apartment to all of my friends. But please stay above the 1st floor someone down there cooks something that smells weird and overwhelms the whole floor.
