As most people know the majority of people in the area is military. When I first got to the area I told them with just a months notice when I’d like to move in and the complex was so understanding got me in quick and the actual unit is amazing for the price 2 bedroom for well below BAH is hard to come by in the area. Target Jewels and ace hardware only 3 minute drive. And base is only 20 minutes away. Thank you to all the staff and the complex for being such a great place to raise a family and... be my escape away from work, along with being such a convenient distance from all that I need.

Im losing money!!!
I literally just started a reptile breeding project but because they don’t allow more than 2 animals (any animal apparently) I had to rehome some of my geckos prior to moving in and now instead of being able to make some “extra income” and gaining more experience in the hobby Im actually losing money since Im putting money into the project but getting nothing in return. Very frustrating that someone/something is getting in the way of doing something I have passion for. If I found apartments more... accommodating then I wouldn’t be typing this review but seems like these apartments were the best for me and my wife at the moment.

Just Moved In and There is a Cockroach Infestation
I moved in about a week ago and it seamed nice for all of two days before I started noticing problems. At first I noticed baby cockroaches crawling on my kitchen counter, and now I have seen adults and nymphs all over the kitchen, living room and bathroom. This apartment was not habitable on move in and they sold it to me anyways. Now I can't keep food in the apartment and its driving me crazy. STAY AWAY, this is a horrible place to live.

Living
Been here for about 5 months and I’m currently 7 months pregnant now but I plan on moving , my car was stolen from the property and my apartment was broken into a couple weeks later. There are no cameras and the management shows no interest in what happened to me . I recommend finding somewhere else to live.
