The move in process was pretty easy. The leasing office explained all the rules and regulations for the property and gave me handouts for commonly asked questions or concerns. Additionally, the city of Waukegan requires a permit to park so I’m glad they told me about that in advance so I wouldn’t get a ticket !

Very helpful staff
Staff were great and made the move-in process very easy. Robin was the one in charge of my move in and she helped navigate me through what could have been a challenging issue for my application. Very grateful!

Amazing Services Very Helpful and Warming Welcoming
Very quick service and the are very welcoming people who work in the office! It took less than 3 weeks for the MOVE-IN process. It's very quiet living and a nice view of the surrounding area of this lovely Complex! I love it here my New Home!

Good place to live
First of all Gio was very helpful and explains everything very well and a nice person. Second I'm happy and like the place alot quite neighbors and peaceful.
