I’ve lived in other Springfield apartments before but you can’t beat this location. Sarah has been great to communicate with every time and always addresses anything I need quickly with just an email. They actually snow plow the parking lot and salt/shovel the sidewalks immediately! They make small updates like more outdoor lighting so I feel safe as a single female. When I moved in, it had brand new appliances, vaulted ceilings on 3rd floor for the same affordable price, coin laundry on 2nd... floor of each building, very spacious, pretty quiet.
