We moved into our apartment in November 2024 after they finished construction on our building. We are the first leaders of this apartment and we have had nothing but problems. On move in, our bedroom door wouldn’t close, our toilet was leaking and our fridge didn’t dispense water. So far, move in was really quick and easy. It was nice to be able to park close to the building. Even climbing up to the third floor was not bad. Everyone has been super nice so far!

Good apartment for rent in. Ambience, amenities were good. Outdoor pool makes you feel like you are living in beach area. Facilities are available for all ages and activities including swimming.

We have had an overall positive experience living here. The only downside would be the lack of dog waste stations. We had one right by our apartment and it was taken away. I think if there were more on the property, it would fix the issue of dog waste being all over outside.

I absolutely love living at Emblem! The community is welcoming, the amenities are top-notch, and everything is so well-maintained. It truly feels like home—peaceful, safe, and stylish. I especially enjoy the convenience of the location and how friendly the neighbors and staff are. Every day here feels like a little retreat.
