The overall quality of the living space and quality is acceptable. Maintenance is responsive but overall overpriced with no positive return. Management has poor customer service and pick and choose when to address issues. Convenient location to live but unfortunately management was ruling factor on relocating. There is little consideration and care for residents, management is rude and many have moved out within 2022-2023 year. Would not recommend this property.

Lived here for about 2 years now and will be moving once my lease is up. The Gym is never open; they keep the rooftop lounge locked or unfurnished for 70% of the year. I’ve been promised new countertops in the kitchen and bathroom for going on a year now and they are yet to come through on that promise.

The location is very nice; but with what they are going to make you pay….. it’s just not worth it.

This is a good building in a great area. It is very convenient for commuting to downtown, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. The building staff are professional, and most of them are friendly. The building isn't always sufficiently responsive to e-mails in a timely manner, and one of the items I have complained about that needs to be fixed has not been fixed yet, nearly 3 weeks later. In addition, while I paid my rent on time every single month for a year, when I was on vacation... and paid it 3 days late one time, they charged me $80 of late fee, and would not waive it as a courtesy. I've been a resident for a few months and I absolutely love it.
Very nice apartments with great location (3 min away from CTA and METRA stations).
Very friendly stuff. Gym and roof access ))
