Best You'll Find!!
I've lived here over 17 years. Moving out of state soon and the biggest thing I'll miss is this home (apartment) and the truly wonderful staff. They are very responsive and caring. Any maintenance needs are addressed almost immediately (if not same day)! Quiet apartment neighborhood. Manicured landscaping and clean building interiors. Laundry in each building (shared by 6 units) but do NOT let that stop you. I rarely have to wait to use a machine. Orland Hills police and fire are very... close and WON-DER-FUL! (I'll miss them too!). You won't find a better apartment complex or township to live if you're looking near the Orland Park/Tinley Park area.

Best apartments.
I genuinely have no complaints about this apartment complex. I lived here for a while and literally every issue I’ve had they show up in .5 seconds. It’s fairly quiet, it’s very refreshing. I would recommend getting AC units like someone mentioned before but apartment wise I would recommend to anybody whose looking for an apartment.

Immaculate and Friendly
Management is accommodating and friendly. Landscaping is well kept - buildings are well maintained. Lots of greenery and things to do in the area.

Horrible place
Worst costumer service. They post online they have apartments for rent then when you try contacting them they never answer the phone . Trust me don’t waste your time here they will never respond to you at all. Also they have the smallest apartments feels like your living in a box.

Great Place to Live
I've lived here for a year now, and I am so happy with the choice! Every issue I've had (with a fridge that decided to leak and an air conditioner that stopped working the hottest day of the year) was fixed within a day or two of me calling. When the air is on, you can't hear your neighbors at all, and when it's not, the most you can hear is if someone is talking in the hallways on their way to their apartment-and even then, it's muffled.
I'm in a first floor apartment, so not having central... air hasn't been a big deal for me. My electricity bill still does go from about $25-35 a month to $70 a month in the summer with a fan and the air on all the time. For those of you who want a 2 bedroom apartment, that means going to the second or third floor, which gets a lot hotter. I have friends in a different unit on the third floor who had to buy 2 portable air conditioners for their bedrooms, which has really been a blow to their electricity bill. That's the only reason I'd give this place 4 instead of 5 stars.
It's a nice neighborhood, with a trail nearby and a good mix of people-everyone from people in their first apartment to young families to retirees. It feels safe and homey here, and I couldn't be happier with it.
