Roaches, Bugs, Crime, Unhelpful Staff

There will be all kinds of roaches and bugs in your carpet, and management will not bother to return your calls. Jared Marnstein is probably the worst property manager in the state - he is fat and ugly, and he refuses to do anything to help the property's residents. PLEASE STEER CLEAR.

Misrepresentation

The actual apartment looks nothing like the photos so don't waste your time like I wasted mine. The colors are different and the paint job is horrific and no backsplash tile in kitchen.

Don't Move Here

The units on Cottonwood are old and poorly constructed. There is no sound barrier between your units and your neighbors and you will hear everything. The outside of the building is covered in cigarette butts and dog poop and current management does a very poor job keeping the place clean. I'm so happy to be out of this dump. Save yourself money and stress and find somewhere else to live.

Stay far from here

One of the horrible places to enter and move in. please read the reviews befor filling out their application. They took around 400 just for application.they consider several people for a building, accept one person and pocket 400 dollars from other people.and they didn't answer our phone enough to eat this money.

Horrible

This place is a mess. the halls smell gross, there’s roaches in the units. They don’t care to solve the issue, the images of the apartments look nothing to what they are in person. horrible paint job. They paint over everything and leave paint drops everywhere. tiles are terrible so many gaps. closet doors suck, they came damaged, sliding isnt smooth whats so ever. Don't waste your time here.
