Honest Tenant Review
I came to view this apartment complex and was very disappointed by the difference between the viewing apartment and the actual unit I was given. The viewing apartment was much more polished and presentable than my unit.
I was told the unit was renovated, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. There are numerous issues, including:
• Cracked mirror
• Broken cabinet
• Paint chipping throughout the apartment
• Stained sink with a rough, poorly finished surface
• Tub... that appears to have been poorly painted
• Vents filled with trash and food
• Bedroom closet light with a dirty string hanging down
• Multiple electrical outlets and light switches that do not work
• Bathroom fans that do not work
• Heater rail coming off the wall
Most importantly, there are roaches in the unit. In my 30 years of life, I never imagined I would be living in a suburban apartment that was advertised as renovated and still have to deal with roaches.
This is completely unacceptable and unbearable, especially for a unit that was represented as renovated. These are not the kinds of conditions a tenant should have to worry about when moving into a supposedly renovated apartment. And to make matters worst theres no phone signal here so all calls will be dropped or you won’t receive calls or can’t send out messages. I payed for parking day one and I let the leasing office know & I was told that was a temporary parking pass and that I needed to purchase a year parking pass and my car was towed over night. I moved in almost a year ago. The previous tenants were smokers, I was not told this. The walls are disgusting and the unit is falling apart. I need new windows as they have no insulation and are cracking. My closet doors are constantly falling apart. I have had people come out twice to fix them. They are still broken. The wall behind my stove had a huge hole in it. All they did was tape it up and paint over it. The ownership is constantly changing which means you are always needing to change... how you pay, how you register for parking, and who you contact. It's a constant mess. They only offer "self guided tours" that require you to give credit card information. On top of that, we attempted to talk to who we assume is a property manager in the front office, who briskly and half heartedly brushed us off completely. They don't do anything related to the property on site, as we were told in our very brief interaction, everything including leasing is done strictly online. Units were as pictures but as soon as you Stepped out the “ tour room” you smelled nothing but w33d and food condiments. Hallways were small and old

I moved here at the end of October 2020. The entire process was smooth. From the time I applied to when I moved in. I had a lot of questions when I was approved and Cynthia didn’t hesitate to answer every one of them. Once I got closer to my move in date Corrine began assisting. When I first moved in I noticed the shower head was leaking and I didn’t feel the heat was turning on so I called maintenance.
