I recently renewed my lease for another year at HQ residence. The units are spacious, have high ceilings, Samsung appliances and units are only one years old. The location cannot be beat. You are walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. Angel, head of maintenance, is always very attentive to any issues that have come up!!

HQ Residences
Living at HQ Residences has been such an amazing experience! Samantha is absolutely incredible, she is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Angel is also wonderful! Anytime I may need help with something maintenance wise, he is extremely prompt and his attention to detail is unmatched! The area is wonderful with easy access to the train, great restaurants, and fun bars. The units are beautiful, as well as the amenities. It truly feels like home here!

Review
I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the layout makes great use of the space. Management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed anything, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

HQ is a great place to live
It’s been great living at HQ Residences. Samantha is a great building manager and is always responsive when we have questions. Additionally, Angel, the maintenance worker is friendly and always prompt when things need to be fixed. The building is nice and apartments are spacious.
