The Shelby is a great place to live! Here are a couple of highlights & amenities for me!
Location - About a block away from the Green Line CTA, which provides easy access to downtown. Walkable distance to Chinatown & Red Line CTA. Bus Line 3 & 4 run along Michigan. Parking - Assigned parking spots for residents and access is only for residents. Amenities - Lounge has pool table and bigger table for studying/work. Gym has all the necessities (treadmill, weights, bikes). Complimentary coffee... machine in front lobby. Package room only accessed by residents. Apartment - In-unit laundry was a must for me! Covered and spacious patio. Staff - Property manager and staff have been excellent!
The apartment has been partnering with local services: Avo & Fatpour. Also offers delivered dry cleaning - truly providing a luxury experience!

Great Location
The Shelby is located conveniently in South Loop area where it it not too crowded, yet the excitement of the City Life is only a 5 minute ride or 15 minute walk away. The building is very clean and maintenance is very good.

Affordable and Luxurious Downtown Apartments
Absolutely love this place! The community is amazing, it’s clean, and pet friendly. The staff is impecable and the neighbors are extremely nice. Absolutely would suggest loving here. The maintenance is always there to help you, and it’s close to everything downtown.

If you’re thinking about moving, move here!
Absolutely love this place. The community is amazing, it’s clean, and pet friendly. The neighbors are extremely nice, and the property management team is amazing and always there to help immediately. Absolutely would recommend! If you’re looking for a place, definitely choose The Shelby!
