Stove, microwave and refrigerator included. Tenants to provide their own washer/dryer. Tenant pays all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas and electric). Tenant is also responsible for lawn care and snow removal. NO smoking. NO pets. Front deck will be replaced in spring. A $30 application fee is required per adult and ALL adults who will reside in the home must apply. Please note that we require a minimum credit score of 600 to qualify. Credit and criminal/eviction background checks, landlord and income verification is required for all applicants. Please note that application fees are non-refundable. If you are not able to secure the unit you apply for, we will keep your application on file for 30 days and it may be used for any property that is presently available or becomes available within 30 days of the date that your initial application was submitted without the need to re-apply.
