Living at Watermark at the Grove Apartments has been consistently disappointing. Management is slow to respond to maintenance requests, and when issues are addressed, the fixes feel rushed and temporary rather than properly resolved. My partner and I were promised “dinner on them” because the day of move in the apartment was DISGUSTING, but every time we reached out about how to get dinner on them and they continued to ignore me and my partner. It took weeks for the floors to look somewhat clean... . Then they have the audacity to charge us for things that were already damaged on move in. HORRIBLE place to live. Please don’t waste your time or money. Leasing agents are beyond fake up until the point of signing the lease.
This complex markets itself as a quality place to live, but the reality is far from that. If you value responsive management, clean facilities, and peace of mind, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

Watermark at the Grove is overall a really great place to live. They have so many amenities that make a great bang for your buck. For the price, it seems they are the best in the area. However, a few things to note would be the following:
- Ensure if there is a deal going on you contact before signing lease on what will be provided. The deals can change in the middle of the week, and you may not have the deal any longer.
- Paint on walls is a weird powdery coat, and even brushing your hand on... a wall can make a weird sort of discolor... I would check all walls going into the apartment before moving as well and take detailed photos as this is one of the things I have noticed right at move in.
Overall, I believe that you will be pleased living here! It is a great location and great price depending on the month you move. I moved in January and the price was fantastic.

The building and apartment layout works extremely well with my lifestyle. The esthetics of the complex indoor and out is amazing. Also, the staff is friendly and professional making communication a pleasant experience.
