Amazing Location!
I’ve been in this building for over 4 years. The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk to the Fox River, the library, the restaurants downtown…it’s all right here. This building dates back to 1890 so it’s super vintage but has been updated and is in great shape for its age. If you like historic vintage places, this one is really nice.
The management added a free laundry facility in the basement which is convenient and there’s plenty of parking on the street in addition to private... parking which is included.
The landlord has an office downstairs so maintenance requests are handled quickly.
For the price, this is really a great place to be, I plan to stay here for a while.
