Been here for almost 2 years I’ve had next to no problems. Any maintenance problems are all handled ASAP with great communication. Grounds are well kept and area is peaceful.

Safe quiet clean
Maintenance is always Jonny on the spot like Jimmy Johns lol I would like to thank Seth personally for always helping me in an timely manner. Safest place I ever stayed, we are like family here everyone looks out for each other. It takes a Village….. Current resident

Thier is no place like home
Great place to live quiet maintence are quick and they get the job done friendly Atmosphere walking distance and plenty stuff to do shopping areas fast food. Buses are great for transportation no worries. No place like home for the hound older or retired. Check it out what you have to lose. A home you can call your own. Smiling people ready to help you with anything. Thankyou Hickory Point awesome sauce

Quiet Comfort!
Location Location! The complex is quiet and clean. Close to restaurants, and shopping! Maintenance is quick to fix anything you have issues with! Hickory Point is a hidden Gem!
