After signing we were never given an entry code, key, or WiFi password. We let them know that we saw a roach inside the building and had ants all over our unit but no exterminator was sent. The maintenance request i see are all blank now, i have started taking screenshots. Maintenance is the friendliest and most courteous but they can’t help with pest. I’m sad that i put my family in this situation and now we must rely on management that doesn’t answer the phone , update systems, or answer the... door to their office . Please beware, they will be the nicest ever but once they get you signed up, you’ll never hear from them again.
