Easy move in day. Everything was well organized, apartment was clean and appropriate, and the management team helped set the entrance to be ready for moving boxes with movers.

Maybe the best place I’ve lived! Residents are awesome, super dog friendly, parking, pool, rooftop, on-site management and maintenance (who respond quickly and are great). Management/staff are friendly and though I haven’t had many requests and/or problems (which is a good thing), from what other residents have told me follow-through isn’t an issue. And anything going on with the building it’s more than communicated. There’s been some elevator issues, but there are 3, so if I had a compliant... about the building that’d be it. But that’s really looking for something.

Location and things to do speak for themselves, so if there’s anything it’d be price - but for now it’s worth it. I’m approaching my 2nd renewal and barring it being realistically priced I have no intention of moving.

It’s so good and there’s lot of events that are fun and build community and Tyler and Dan are so nice and also Miguel fixes everything!!!!!!

i really enjoy the experience of living at Wave Lakeview. the amenities are solid, the staff is always friendly, and the location is great for summertime.

A bit difficult to maneuver a move in/out. I also wish that upon move in there was more time spent reviewing the various apps and portals needed for living here, it felt very “figure it out”. That being said the leasing office staff are very nice which is refreshing.

Overall the unit itself is nice and all appliances seem to function. Very busy in terms of resident traffic - ran into more of my neighbors on day one than a whole year at my previous apartment.
