Computer generated Pics are a LIE!
Those pics are computer generated. I was shown an unkempt run down property; full of weeds, broken windows patched with clear caulk instead of replaced, damaged walls painted over instead of repaired, and heavy mildew odor in the common area. Everyone's windows were open on an 85F day so there's no working AC. In the unit I was shown, the layout did not match the floor plan renders. Kitchen was unusable (could not stand in kitchen and open fridge at same time, could not reach sink around fridge... without burning self on stove if it was on), 'closets' were worse. Construction was going on elsewhere in the building. When I asked what was being done, I was told one of their tiers had 'burned down' and the crew was there clearing the damage. Yeah, no wonder. Total lack of proper maintenance (I did not see a single fire extinguisher anywhere- in my current building there is one at every landing along front stairs and they get checked regularly). Save your money and possibly your life. Keep looking.
