Maintenance is always a 5! The maintenance team at River City is one of the best I have ever seen. I have worked in Property Management so I’m a bit judgy. For the record, yes the maintenance team is one of the primary reasons I will be renewing my lease.

Amazing! I loved my time living at RCA! From the awesome leasing office and security desk to the unique features of this beautiful building, I can’t believe I found such a peaceful place in the crazy loud city :)
