Process is very slow I submitted my application quite a while ago, but the processing took longer than expected, so I wasn’t able to move in on my planned date, the rest is good

Not what I expected I was ignored by the front office upon arrival for my scheduled tour. Once acknowledged I waited an additional 30 minutes until I went to the back to remind them I'd been waiting. Phone calls weren't answered promptly and were never returned after leaving callback information. Overall the experience was unprofessional.

Beautiful Apartment, Terrible Tour guide This apartment building was beautiful, and had all the amenities I could want, but I almost changed my mind about applying because of my tour guide. She was 40 minutes late to the tour without any form of communication, and said it was because of an “emergency meeting.” She quoted me for 3 different apartments and said we would be able to see all of them, no virtual tour necessary. We only saw one of them, and then she gave me a virtual tour of one other... when I asked. I am extremely upset with how terrible the communication at this apartment complex is. It is impossible to get in contact with their onsite leasing department the phone constantly reroutes to a central third party office that is not even helpful. What is the point of having a contract number if you cannot be contacted nor follow up when requested to. This inconvenience will cause me to have to go to the leasing office in person after I already have made payments toward a new lease yet haven’t... heard back from the apartment since signing the lease and am now in limbo.
