I recently transferred units within this building and was hit with a $475 flooring charge for my previous unit. When I disputed it, management admitted in writing that they were "not certain" what caused the damage, yet refused to drop the charge. No proof, no cause, just a bill.
To make it worse, the new unit I moved into had flooring issues within the first week, and my kitchen countertop still hasn't been fixed despite multiple requests. Maintenance came by and only addressed one thing while... leaving the rest unresolved.
Throughout this process, the communication went in circles with no real accountability. I've decided to pay the charge just to move on, but I will absolutely not be renewing my lease. Great place, great staff! My family and I lived here for 18 months during the pandemic and really enjoyed living here. The staff made our experience special as they constantly went out of their way to help with anything. This includes Shanina, Larry, Bobby, Chuck, Damien, and others.

1333 was a great place to live! The unit itself was really nice and modern. The building was clean and the concierge and maintenance teams were great. It's a very convenient location, within walking distance to various grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and public transportation.
