I recently moved to Columbus Plaza, and the experience has been fantastic from the start - professional, organized, and accommodating.
I want to give a special shout-out to Jennifer Hinton and Daniel Meza who have greatly contributed to my positive experience so far. They are amazing employees that any company would be very lucky to have.
In addition to the incredible staff, Columbus Plaza has everything I was looking for in a new home- central location, amazing views, a workout facility,... business center, and the attached Pedway system. I can definitely see myself living here for many years to come.

I’ve lived here for about 5 years and genuinely love it here. The office staff are beyond sweet and always so helpful. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The best views are right in this building ;) immaculate! I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to rent in the area

Terrible management
Elevators take forever. Cockroach infestation Spiders outside windows DO NOT MOVE HERE

Great Clean building to live
Been here for almost 3 years, and I can def say its a great building to stay, not the best, but remember every place has its own issues. The elevators are an issue at times, and so is the building renovations drilling noises, but thats just a few times in an year, mainly when you're at work. But apart from that, maintenance staff is very sweet - like Alen and Paul - always ready to help, and overall never had to wait longer than a few hours to a day to get things fixed(depending on the urgency).... They do have fun holiday parties and stuff with good food and drink options. Building is maintained well, and is kept very clean. Package pickup is very easy and never ever had any issues with them sending back mails or anything. infact they very sweetly agree to send your return packages. Laundry is clean and much cheaper than so many buildings i've lived in.I would recommend this building, amazing neighborhood and a nice building to live in.
