SKIP THIS PLACE, ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Absolutely terrible management. We have had issue after issue with a complete lack of concern from management. We had a fire 2 weeks after moving in because the dryer was never cleaned out between tenants, we've needed security to handle a stranger banging on our front door only to be ignored, and we have had multiple maintenance requests go ignored, they'll fix one thing on the list and skip everything else.
And the Italian marble they tout in their listing's is fake stamped tiles.
Absolute... racket, they gave us great customer service until we moved in.
- Blinds don't have rods to open them - Sink leaks - Fridge water filter needed to be replaced right away - burnt out ceiling light - mold in the tanks of the toilets - dryer vent was completely clogged and STARTED A FIRE - "on-site security" keeps a closer eye on making sure tenants are following the rules than actually securing the property. Had to call the police because security never answered when we had an issue. - Management WILL NOT return emails
